Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-104 is a First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo with a pool view! Open living area faces the ocean with a covered deck. There is a Dining area as well as a Kitchen/ Bar area that is completely equipped with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, microwave, Attached ice maker & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom#1 has a King Bed, covered deck access & private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with deck access. Bedroom #3 has King Bed with Deck Access. One Full Bath is located in hall.

Additional Ammenities: 2 Flat Panel TVs, Basic Cable, Ethernet Connection Capabilities, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Ceiling Fans, Park Style Community Grille Access, Hot & Cold Community Outdoor Showers, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen With Coffee Makers, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Blender.

Complex has Outdoor Pool, Gym, Tennis, and Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
