Buddy Buoys Charters offers amazing nearshore and offshore fishing trips out of Beaufort, NC. It’s a perfect way to try out different fishing techniques and target seasonal fish. Anglers of all ages are welcome to join, which means the trips are family-friendly. Whether you’re bringing your kid to catch their first fish or your father to see if he can still land the big ones like he used to, you’re at the right place.

Hop aboard a 32’ Wellcraft boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. The boat is powered by twin 250 HP Yamaha engines and reaches the cruising speed of 34 knots. Get offshore fast and spend more time catching fish. Besides modern navigational electronics, the bost also has a live bait tank, outriggers, and downriggers.

On each trip, you’ll be accompanied by the first mate as well, who’ll make sure your equipment is always ready and help out if you have trouble landing the fish. Don’t forget to tip him at the end of the trip if you’re happy with his service.

The captain will do his best to make this trip a successful one and target the hottest species of the season. Depending on what time of year you book your trip, you can count on targeting Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, and different kinds of Grouper and Snapper.

Preparation for this trip is easy - just pack your food, drinks, and sun protection. Your fishing licenses and full equipment are covered by the captain.
