This is a third-floor, generously decorated, one-bedroom suite located in building L overlooking the courtyard with pool and ocean vistas. The linens is a queen in the primary suite with a private bath, a double in the convertible den area, a sleeper couch in the living area, and a full bath in the hallway, along with the completely equipped galley kitchen. This suite is unique in that it has a private washer and dryer inside the unit! Other amenities in the condo are a dishwasher, two TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. The oceanfront complex offers broad amenities including an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grilles, a game room, and laundry facilities on-site.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
