Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Roomy, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Recently refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and remodeled baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels. Gas grille, picnic table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, boardwalk to the beach with outside shower. Unlimited ocean vistas. Rent both sides for the ultimate, huge family gathering. No smoking.   • In the Beaufort, NC area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
