You can just feel the Anticipation build as you read over the various amenities showcased in this splendid oceanfront duplex! Conveniently located within walking distance to the fishing pier, eateries, etc. Decks are staggered from the west side with full partitions, which provides plenty of privacy.

Ground Level: Enclosed parking. Foyer. Bonus Alcove with one Twin Bunk Bed. Washer/Dryer. Storage.

Level One: Master Bedroom has a King Bed, a Covered Oceanfront Deck, and a Private Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Well Equipped Kitchen/Bar area has a Dishwasher and Microwave. Fridge has ice maker and purified water dispenser (no need to buy bottled water!). Bedroom #4 has a King Bed and a Full-Bath.

Conveniences include: Ceiling fans in Bedroom and Living Room, Wireless High Speed Internet Access (bring your own computer), 5 TVs (One in Each Room Flat Screen Intelligent TV in Living Area), 3 DVD Players, a Stereo, a Whirpool Tub, Enclosed Parking, Gas Grille, a Covered Oceanfront Deck, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, and an Ice Maker.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
