Unwind in the cavernous living room furnished for comfort and entertainment. Appreciate gourmet meals in the adjacent dining area with expansive beach vistas. Three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bath, offer ideal spaces for relaxation.

Outside, appreciate savor salty breezes and expansive beach vistas from your private balcony, or relax at the community pool and grille area. With direct ocean access, indulge in beach activities like sandcastle-building and water sports such as surfing and kayaking.

Whether appreciating leisurely walks along the shore or hosting Bar-B-Que gatherings, Beachwalk 205 promises memorable beachfront living against a backdrop of striking sunsets.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
