This oceanfront condo offers a really splendid setting for your Atlantic Beach vacation, with beautiful vistas of the ocean and the manicured grounds of Sands Villa Resort.


This condo has been updated from top to bottom, with new cabinetry and granite surfaces throughout. Appreciate new appliances, new fixtures, new tile, and LVS floor with new shutters and vertical blind window treatments. There are four HDTVs (including a 50-inch Intelligent TV in the living room), DVD players in every bedroom, an upgraded cable package, and complimentary WiFi as well.


On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grilles, and elevators for painless access.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
