  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
