This comfortable home features an open concept living room/dining room with ocean vistas. Savor a meal or hold a planning meeting on the covered deck while watching the rolling ocean for countless memories of your time away. Coastal breezes and crashing waves ease anxiety as you walk down to watch the sunrise over the ocean or relax by the pool on a moonlit nighttime.

~2400 square feet of living space at across 3 floors, with elevator access maximizes your ocean vistas. Emerald View provides a really unique ocean escape experience for all who visit. From beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean to sun-drenched pool days, there’s something for everybody at Emerald View!

Bedroom 1: King master with ensuite bathroom | Bedroom 2: Queen master with ensuite bathroom | Bedroom 3: Queen | Bedroom 4: 2 Twins

Outdoor features: Enclosed hot and cold outside shower. Gas grille. Private pool with lounge furnishings. Pool heating is not offered with not additional fee and offered in the month of September, October, March, April and May.

Ground level features: Keyless entry and access to the elevator.

First Floor: Bedrooms 3 & 4 which share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer dryer. Bedroom 2, the queen master with access to the covered deck.

Second Floor: Bedroom 1, the cavernous king master suite. Hallway half bathroom. Main living, kitchen and dining area as well as a cozy coffee and wine bar. The dining area features seating for 8. The kitchen island also has seating for 3. Covered ocean view deck.

House Rules:

No Parties or events.

No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property. Additional cleaning costs apply.

No moving furnishings inside or outside the property. Additional costs apply.

Pet Policy: 1 dog under 25lbs allowed with $100 occupancy fee. Dog not allowed in pool area. Must abide by local leash laws. Pick up and dispose of all pet waste. If left unattended must be crated.
