Additional Conveniences Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wi-Fi internet, 3 Flatscreen Intelligent TVs (2 offer basic cable). Master Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, TV and Private bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, TV and Shared full bathroom. Den offers Queen bed. Queen Sleeper Couch in living area.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday. Nightly stays with 2 nighttime minimum are allowed in the off season.

Parking for two cars only, Boat/Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo complex.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
