Seven year old home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This Oceanfront Oceanview home on the Circle in Atlantic Beach.
This home has the most impressive vistas of the ocean and is steps away from eateries, boardwalk, volley ball and lifeguarded beach. Appreciate the outdoors in your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor shower and grille.
There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen on second level with entirely-equipped kitchen, half bath. Third floor features oceanfront master bedroom with king bed, private bath and constructed-in "coffee bar". Second bedroom with private bath and queen bed. First floor has three bedrooms - queen bed with private bath and two bedrooms with two twins in each bedroom and shared full bath. There are 5 Bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guest
Upon Request we will sometimes allow up to 13 guest.
If this is something you are interested in doing please inform property owner before booking. ( This home has bed space for ten. over ten guest is allowed but you would need to bring cots or air bed.) Elevator, washer and dryer, garage and WIFI. (The elevator often needs to be reset. To reset the elevator you need to turn elevator breakers off in the garage count to 10 and then turn them back on.)
This home is dog friendly with $200 fee. Optional heat fee for pool available for $125.00 per day. When heated the pool is set at 84 degrees. Renters are not allowed to increase that heat without permission from owner. This is a NON-SMOKING bungalow. Parking for three cars.

There are additional costs for lodging of pet. These costs do not include cleaning hair that may shed. Owner of pet is responsible of making sure that rental home is complimentary of all pet hair. If any pet hair in found in pool there is an additional $75 Fee
Animals are not allowed in pool or on furnishings and linens.
