Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

C-304 Pebble Beach is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cozy Third Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean.) Balcony with furnishings. Dining Area. Wet Bar. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and shares a balcony with the Living Room. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath and a Balcony. 2 TVs with Cable and 2 Bedroom TVs with DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units will be allowed with a 3-nighttime minimum (off-season only).

Linens and Towels supplied (weekly stays only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.   • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To get the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Beaufort, NC attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Beaufort, NC area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
