The Tom Doe Memorial Public Beach Access which includes parking, bath home facilities, picnic gazebo and playground is located just a short walk from the complex.

Conveniences Include: Community Outdoor Swimming Pool Picnic Tables & Park Style Grilling Area Short walk to the beach with new beach access.

Pelican's Roost 11 is an Oceanside studio condo, located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This studio has a Queen bed. NEWLY ADDED wireless high speed internet! The open concept Living Area has comfortable seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a basic cable TV. Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.

No Boat Parking.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Nightly units are alllowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season.
