The broad, handsome arc of Atlantic Beach awaits a few hundred feet down the road from this bright, modern condo, a fabulous respite from days spent swimming and surfing. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a gazebo for grilling and picnicking, a volleyball court, and a rec room with foosball and pool tables.

This first-floor condo is a beach-goer's delight, with public beach access (including a playground, outdoor showers, and bathrooms) one block away. It's also the ideal setting for exploring, with Fort Macon State Park (one mile), the Atlantic Beach Skatepark (two miles), and the North Carolina Aquarium (seven miles) close by. For great shopping and dining, head into downtown Atlantic Beach (less than two miles), Morehead City (four miles), or Beaufort (eight miles).

Walk home each afternoon through the cozy and friendly neighborhood to be greeted by a freshly refreshed living space. Everything is sleek and polished, from the all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances to the modern furnishings. Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the sea. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.
