The primary room has an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower, the first guest room has two twin beds and a TV and DVD player, ideal for the kids, and the second guest room has a queen bed, a TV and Blu-ray player, and an en-suite half-bath. Don’t forget to say goodnight on the private oceanfront balcony! The private laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is located in the front screened-in entry, so you can keep everybody looking their best during your stay. • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
