Level One: Living Area has Ocean Access. Dining Area. Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and dishwasher. Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Double Bed with a Flat Screen TV. Streetside Bedroom #2 has 2 Double Beds with a Flat Screen TV.

Conveniences include: Central Air and Heat, Shared Exterior Washer/Dryer, a Microwave, an Outdoor Shower, Open and Covered Decks, with 4 Rocking Chairs, Beach Chairs, a Park-Style Charcoal Grille, dishwasher, a Blender, a Crock Pot, a Color Cable TV, and a DVD Player. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes, Captains Quarters West, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.
