It's location is magnificant for fishing, kayaking, shelling and swimming. This area also offers great family outing space for little ones to savor the calmer waters of the coast. Sit on the upper deck at Cordelia or anywhere in the home for that matter and appreciate expansive scenery and sunsets. Cordelia's superb waterfront location provides direct, private beach access right off the back porch. The amenities are countless at this beach home. Two Master Bedroom suites with hottub tubs. An elevator to all levels, giving the whole family painless access to main levels of the home. All that you could need is supplied, including huge pots for a boil, porcelain serving trays and cookware, a plethora of stemware, and multiple baking sheets, so you can bake to your hearts content. There is also a gas stove with warming drawer and stand alone wine cooler right underneath the wetbar. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with 2 Dishwashers, Waffle Maker, Coffee Maker, Oven, side by side Fridge, Blender, Microwave and dine at bar with seating for eight. You will find Master Bedroom #1 on this level as well, features a King Bed, TV, Direct Deck Access and a Private Bath with hottub tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has two queen beds, a shared bathroom and direct access to the covered oceanview deck.
