The Great Room's Atlantic Ocean vistas are phenominal! In the Living Area savor comfortable seating, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps, and more! This property features an interior Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer. The Dining Area offers ample seating while bar seating makes a great place for light meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The modern Kitchen is equipped with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Griddle. Central Heat/Air Conditioning. Savor sea and sun on the Private Deck with Furnishings, partake a slumber in the Hammock, or delight in an al fresco meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the included Charcoal Grille! The Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot/Cold Water is ideal for simple beach clean up before your next activity. Speaking of the beach, make use of the Private Beach Access Walkway for fast access to the sandy shore! Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
