This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!

The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Take time to savor Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.

With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.

Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Beaufort, NC vacation rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, NC area visitor guide magazines that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, NC visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Make a plan and choose your prefect Beaufort, NC rental home:

  • Select vacation dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before booking the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Does your family require particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or costs may be applied to your contract.

Have a great stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • To make certain no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the host right away to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of difficulties.
  • Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
