This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!

The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.

With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.

Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.
Thanks

Our top Vacation rental booking tips:

When to go & When to book:

  • To book the best rental within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Beaufort, NC area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain discounts for local tours, shops, and attractions.

How to select the perfect vacation home in the Beaufort, NC area:

  • Select a group lead, choose your vacation dates, and choose a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before reserving your home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to work out what bed configuration is right for your group.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or costs applied to your invoice.

Have a great stay:

  • Get the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
  • Upon check-in, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
