Located in a serene neighborhood, Ohana offers cavernous living areas and a traditional layout, awaiting your personal touch. The generous bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation, while the 3.5 bathrooms ensure convenience for everybody.

Savor the close by community pool for exhilarating swims, or take a short walk to the striking beach access, ideal for sunbathing and oceanside adventures.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Island Quay, a neighborhood in Atlantic Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation.
