DESCRIPTION:
There is a reason stories end with "Happily Ever After".
Ever After is a back key, oceanfront, dog friendly ( max of 2) with a pet fee of $150 per week per pet.
The ground level has a bunk room/den area with 6 twins (2 twin bunk beds and 2 twin murphy beds) , two couches with a sizable Intelligent TV. There is a private queen guest room on the ground level and one bathroom ground level. The elevator is just inside the door and will transport you, your bags or groceries to their designated floor. The garage has been refreshed so those feeling the competition can appreciate a ping pong tournament.
The 2nd level is the main sleeping floor. To the left of the main entry are 2 quest rooms. One room has a king bed and private bath on the street side of the home. The other room is the king master with a enormous private bath and is on the ocean side of the home. To the right of the entry door are 2 rooms with a full bath between. One is located on the street side (King bed) and one on the ocean side of the home (queen bed). As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level is where you will find the newly updated kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is continuously updated and checked to be sure even the most discerning guests can prepare a meal. Feel complimentary to stay inside where it's cool or sit outside on the covered porch to savor the view and catch that glorious breeze. The elevator opens onto the hall between the dining area and the 2 remaining rooms. One room has a king with a private bath while the other king room shares the hall bath with the living area. All of the bedrooms offer SmartTVs and USB ports behind the nearest nightstand.
