Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ''The Point''. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available.

A-305 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has vistas from the covered balcony located off the Living Room with Sleeper Couch and TV. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Kitchen has an Oven, Fridge, Microwave & Dishwasher. This condo is equipped with high-speed internet for your convenience!

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
