The Sandbar is a gorgeous single-family home located just one lot from the ocean, offering ocean vistas and direct beach access! Appreciate your own private, chlorine pool (pool cannot be heated) and relax in this gorgeously furnished space.

This cavernous home draws upon an inverted floor plan – with the main living space on the top floor – to maximize ocean vistas and features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Stay comfortable year-round with central air, heating and ceiling fans. For your entertainment, the home features Wi-Fi and six Intelligent TVs with YouTube TV included. Sleeping arrangements include King • Queen • 2 Singles • Bunk Bed (Double-down and Double-up).
