Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Constructed in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is charmingly decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay calming and delightful.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom , with two queen size beds, shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pyramid bunk (double,twin). Sleeping up to 13 guests, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to appreciate all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 min. walk to the community beach access and pool. After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grille. Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home -inquire with Blue Water.
