Open-concept living/dining area with ample white leather seating plus a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen featuring Wolfe® gas range and convection oven, additional-huge Subzero® refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, charming granite countertops and additional-sizable extended farm table that comfortably seats 14. Six Fabulously Private Bedroom Suites each with gorgeous walk-in shower ensuite bathroom, enormous flat screen TV and pillow-top bed (4 OF King with deck access, 1 K with OF/SF vistas and 2Qs in marvelous nap-time room). All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white linens including comforter; Sand Castle Club bath linens, bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a discount.

Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
