Summer Winds A-104 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. Great ground floor location & close proximity to the main pool area. Cavernous open Living Area with tile floor. (Couch is a Queen Sleeper.) Dining Area with seating for 4. Kitchen Bar has seating for 4 as well. Granite countertops in kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher & refrigerator with ice maker. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath located off living area.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 CD Player, & Outdoor Covered Patio. Washer & Dryer also available for your use.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail.
