Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a marvelous beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds B-235 is a spectacular 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Living Room has great ocean and pool vistas and is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD Player. Master Bedroom has Sensational Cherry furnishings with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has enormous granite vanity with two sinks and tons of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with phenomenal Memory Foam beds. Property has four TVs, two intelligent TVs and 2 color cable TVs.

New linens, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!

Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This calming unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (last min. or off-season only).

NOTE: Balcony has shoring posts installed until fall 2024. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.
