This condo has a huge open living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a completely equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

Guests will have access to outside storage to store their beach chairs and equipment.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
