Each master bedroom has a king bed, and its own, fantastic, enormous private oceanfront covered balcony overlooking the pool and beach, with unobstructed vistas of the ocean. Each master bedroom has a brand new master bathroom put in the spring of 2023 with walk in shower, toilet, and single vanity.

Overall, EACH side hosts:

An OCEAN FRONT Master bedroom on the top floor, with private cavernous balcony overlooking the pool and direct ocean vistas.
A second bedroom upstairs with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total)
A third bedroom upstairs with queen bed.
A play area/ lounge room with daybed (floor space here will fit a standard size pack-n-play).
**This room hosts a retro video game system on each side that guests are welcome to appreciate!**
A first floor bedroom (with queen bed), convenient to the first floor bathroom and kitchen.

Totaling 8 bedrooms, 2 play/rec rooms, and 6 bathrooms.

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect Emerald Isle vacation rental experience:

Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, NC area visitors guides which include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, NC area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Planning and picking your Beaufort, NC vacation home:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration you need. The Sandlot- OCEANFRONT House w\/ Pool & Hot Tub, Amazing views. Beach access. has 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking pages. If not, email or call the property manager before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or costs may be applied to your invoice.
  • If there's an individual Beaufort, NC destination you are crazy about, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Advice for your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
