This home has so much to offer! Ample parking for your cars and boat/trailer. Public beach access a couple mins. away. Walking distance from Homers Point Marina & Pub, Crab Shack, Anchor Pizza, Scoops Ice Cream, and Dollar General. Local park just a short walk away. Located right in the middle of Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, both being 12-15 mins.' drive. House is well furnished and also includes a playground for your little ones and fenced in area to keep them safe. Within a couple mins.' walk to Salter Path Recreational Area and playground as well. The kitchen is well furnished for those who like to grab some seafood and prepare at home to avoid the long waits at the eateries. You will feel like you are right at home with this cavernous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. *Note-Sleeps 9 comfortably- 2 in king bed, 2 on futon, 2 in queen, 2 in queen bunk and 1 in twin bunk*
