Giant 2 bedroom and two bath condo with Striking Ocean view and a sizable balcony. It has been newly modernized including new floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is entirely equip with a dishwasher and modest appliances. Unit has a washer and dryer. Grand Living and Dining area. The condo and complex are very family and kid friendly. NO SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS. Linens and towels are supplied with 5 nighttime stay or more with beds made. Rents Sunday to Sunday.

CBS is a smoke complimentary/vape complimentary community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.
