Located in the "Dolphin Ridge" Subdivision, it is only a short walk to the beach. Some Ocean peek vistas! Avoid the traffic - first right once over the EI Bridge! Nearby grocery stores (Publix/Food Lion) and eateries within 2 miles.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle. Intelligent TV. Full Bath. Garage access with refrigerator, seating with dart board, and Intelligent TV.

Included amenities: standard wooden corn hole boards, bocce ball, horseshoes, and basketball hoop. 2 Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Showers with dressing area. Gas Grille and Park-Style Charcoal Grille. In-Ground Saltwater Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Pool and Patio area has ample outside furnishings and a picnic table. Beach cart.

Level One: Master Bedroom #2 has a King and Full Bath. Master Bedroom #3 has a King and Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a King and a Full Bath. Office/Reading Room with Futon couch. All rooms with Intelligent TVs.

Level Two: Great Room/Living has an open floor plan with Cathedral Ceilings and a Half Bath. Sound Bar & Flat Screen Intelligent TV. Dining Table seats 10, and additional bar island seats 4.
