Savor our Pristine Beach & Crystal Clear Pool in this Upgraded 2nd floor studio condo located steps from the beach. The property has a enormous grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO access to a impressive, Secluded Beach for peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen Intelligent TV, and WiFi. Upgrades include luxury plank floor, beadboard wall paneling, and luxury crown molding. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect rental:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best value, try changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, , and reduced traffic.
