Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a entirely covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two cars comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a striking dining area and finished with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Unwind with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the vistas of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. The gourmet kitchen features a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range.
