It is just a two-min. walk from your bed to the beach. It is also conveniently located near the Triple S Marina with a completely supplied convenience store, a boat launch facility, and weekly boat slip units. Conveniences Include: There is a community pool, a picnic area with park-style grilling, and a community beach access that makes the shore just mins. away! A coin-operated laundry facility is also available to guests just off the game room which offers fun for all!

Pelican's Roost 2 is a comfortable one-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanside condo located in the heart of Atlantic Beach. You'll be able to happily take in the salty ocean breezes while taking a walk outside on a nice evening, going out to eat, or calming by the community pool!

Total linens includes one queen. Make this the ideal beachside hideaway with your adore or best friend!

During your stay you will have access to kitchen features such as a coffee maker, a toaster oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. There are also 2 flat-panel TVs in the unit equipped with basic cable for your convenience.
