Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available. .

Covered deck with furnishings is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Garbage disposal, Oven, Keurig, Microwave & Dishwasher.
