Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen & Twin Bunk Set, patio access to the beach, 32" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 with King & a 32" Flat Screen TV, Full Bath shared. Modest Storage Area with refrigerator. Level One: Living with 42" Flat Screen TV, has oceanview deck. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar with French Door Fridge, quartz counter-tops, ice maker, dishwasher & microwave. 1/2 Bath located off the Living Area. Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
