With four bedrooms and two baths, it comfortably accommodates a range of guests. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed, two double beds, and two single beds, providing a variety of options for families or friends.

The duplex is designed for comfort year-round with central air and heat. Its well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave, making meal preparation simple and enchanting. For entertainment, each bedroom includes a 19" flat-screen TV, and there’s a bigger TV in the main living area. The property also includes Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

One of the standout features is a spiral staircase that leads to two decks, each with spectacular vistas of the ocean. The 16-foot lower deck and 8-foot upper deck invite you to relax in swings or rockers as you soak up the coastal ambiance.
