You'll find fantastic ocean vistas from the balconies of this handsome 3 story, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhome right across from the beach.

Steps from the beach with outdoor spaces on each floor and vistas of the waves, it offers so many options for taking in the salty sweet ocean air. With some of the biggest widest beaches in NC being steps away, you’ll find you don’t miss being oceanfront.

The home features a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, dining & seating areas and a half bath on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is entirely outfitted for cooking and includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The 1st floor features a walkout bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Intelligent TV and a full bathroom right outside the door. There is also a laundry room and garage on this floor .
The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms; the primary with a Queen bed, two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. Also featuring Intelligent TVs for the kiddos to savor while the adults relax.
All floors are accessible by an elevator.
Bedrooms are complete with high quality linens. A starter set of paper products, garbage bags, and bath towels are supplied. Front door has a convenient coded lock for painless check-in.

Townhome is equipped High speed Wi-fi. All TVs are SmartTv's, ideal for accessing your Netlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime accounts.

This is an magnificant location close to aquarium, boat docks, fishing pier, eateries, bars, Fort Macon State Park. Close to Morehead City, Beaufort and all the Crystal Coast has to offer. Parking is right outside of front door and can accommodate 4 cars using the garage.
