This oceanfront bespoke-constructed home offers three primary bedrooms on the top floor each with Intelligent TV and private bath; two are oceanfront with shared covered deck; third primary bedroom has ocean vistas. In addition, you’ll find a second set of washer/dryers off the primary suites. Going down to the first floor you’ll find the cavernous kitchen with quartz countertops, hard surface floor and stainless appliances, a half bath, and roomy living area to savor TV viewing and relaxation. Appreciate the spacious covered and open decks off the main living area, ideal for capturing the warm ocean breeze, afternoon sunsets and dining under the stars. Off the main living area, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. The ground level features a recreation area with seating, ping-pong table, TV and washer/dryer. Elevator from ground floor to top floor. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Gas grille for outdoor meals after a day on the beach. Two private car garages (one with EV charging station). • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a great stay? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
