Atlantic Breeze North is the ideal place to get away and appreciate the ocean. Recently modernized and entirely outfitted, this cute little space has everything you may need!

The Upstairs Space in the Duplex.

- 2nd Street - 2 min. walk to the beach
- Included beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys.
- Two designated parking spots are supplied.

Appreciate the sound of waves crashing on the deck while you grille out with friends or family. Centrally located to many delicious eateries and stores.

- Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath space is completely supplied.

- Sizable front porch with adirondack and lounge chairs

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes.

- Well supplied with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ supplied). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services supplied

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam bed), additional blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Intelligent Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Intelligent TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $150 applies. Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. Please review the home rules for our full pet policy.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT included.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Pac N Play and High Chair included, if needed!

- Inviting Work Space within one bedroom if you have to work a little before you can have some fun!

- Reserved driveway parking for 2 cars directly in front of the space

- The entire top unit is yours!

- Conveniently located deck box to store beach cart, chairs, beach toys, and anything you may bring along with you

- The outdoor shower and the washer/dryer are shared spaces with the bottom unit.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this cottage is near the beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Mount Maker Charters. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.

Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
