205 North Sound of the Sea is a second floor 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath condo with good ocean vistas. Living area. Dining area. Half Bath, Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 with King Bed. Full Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed and Daybed.

Conveniences Included: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (No Cable), DVD Player, Stereo/CD Player. Central heat & air. Stackable washer/dryer. Open & Covered decks with table, 4 chairs. This condo is kid-friendly port-a-crib, high chair, kid locks, infant gate, kids¡s books, toys, infant back pack carrier, infant monitors & more! Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not supplied with linen package.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
